Greddy Emanage Blue Software Serial 3,7/5 4242 reviews

Yeah, and there are 10,000 GM vehicles out there for each ferarri.no need for an OS pi$$ing match here (oh, THAT's whaat the:) was for.) Plenty of that elsewhere. Reason for the post is for those small few people who do Think Different, that there may be an easy way for us to also use the *cheaper* engine managment offeriengs of the E-manage. We all have different opinions on it, let's just agree to disagree & keep it on the topic of miata power.(we can ALL agree on that.SC vs.

Turbo.):) ----- Anyway, been going through the manual, looks pretty cool. Checking out some of the 1.6L guys maps, pretty sure i need to reverse the some of the numbers to be 0-5v vs. 5-0v (or the other way around.) i'll keep you all posted. I am thinking of buying a fuel management system for my 1.6 GReddy just so I could get some proper sized injectors in it. I have herd lots of bad things a bout the GReddy E-manage and lots of good things about the Apexi S-AFC on cars in general not Miata specific. But when I do a search in Miata forum on S-AFC every one just says it doesn't work well on a Miata.

Any info you all have would be helpful in future modifications. If u do a search, there's a handful of greddy m1 with emanage they they're doing pretty good. I was gonna run emanage with my 99 and turbo till i found out last week that my 120k motor has low compression on few of the cylinders. I can not get my mind around how the AFPR would work correctly with the Emanage. That is one of the reasons that I decided to go ahead and get the Greddy MAP sensor along with my emanage.

I figure that tuning the setup should be easier with both the emanage and the AFPR operating off of the boost level, rather than the FPR off boost and the emanage from the AFM. At least, that is my plan. I'll have to see how it all turns out.

TLC, do you have it installed yet? I am going to look at using a GM Map sensor. However, I also want to be able to Log my O2 reading, which i think can be done though the boost port on the back of the unit. It is hard to take it all in!:) I was also playing around with the idea kind of like what redical did, using a check valve in the AFPR line so it only sees vacuum. Then you can use it to set a specific fuel pressure once the AFPR sees 0 vacuum.

That would at least give you a constant number to work with. Since the ECU doesn't really have values to offer for anything over 0 vacuum, i am not sure it it would help or hurt. Even if you really cranked it up at 0 vacuum, say 80 PSI, you could use the emanage to pull fuel back until you were in the meat of the power band. This sort of makes sense to me, but i dont; know if i know enough about engine management to say that this is a valid way to go about things. Nothing is installed yet, I've ordered everything but nothing has been delivered. Plus I'm waiting on a laptop.
