Hdloader 0 8 Boot Elf Ps2

Hd Loader Hdl.elf file submitted 8 months ago by hedep I need to rip original ps2 disks to my hdd I heard I can do it with hdloader, I'm using opl to boot disk backups and I can't file hdl.elf anywhere. I pop in my HDLoader CD into my CDROM, and I found no such file. Assumed I got this file (HDLOADER.ELF), the instruction says burn the disc in Mode2. My Question: Burn these few files into a CD?

This doesn't make sense as: a. It doesn't mention anywhere that what should be copied over to the memory card. Why should burn another CD as the purpose is to boot from a memory card?
